Donation-Based Yoga

Welcome to Rad Studio Space yoga.

Our dreamy sunlit yoga room was previously a ballet choreography room and is filled with thoughtful details and creative energy. We offer weekly donation-based yoga classes in the summer and seasonal classes the rest of the year. We open our space with one goal only: to offer affordable yoga that nourishes the mind and body and leads to a more well adjusted life and positive impact in our community.

About Laura, founder

Laura has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, since she was sent on a yoga retreat to write a travel story for a magazine. She was hooked! She is primarily influenced by Kula Yoga Project, which she lived above for a decade and where she did her advanced training, and SkyTing, where she completed her 200-hour yoga certification. She is also currently getting her Katonah yoga certification. Her studies include restorative yoga and meditation training, workshops in back bending, inversion and Iyengar, and many yoga philosophy classes. She draws from workshops, retreats, and trainings around the world to weave together joyful flows, strength building, functional movement and mindful breathwork to create a practice that is both playful and transformative. Laura has taught at Sadhana, Lava, Lucky Honey, Kula Yoga Project and Rad Studio Space, which she founded in Hudson, NY. When not on the mat, she is an author, journalist, and comedy writer.
